BLACK HOLE: A brief introduction


A Black hole is a region of space time where gravity is so strong that nothing even particles or electromagnetic radiation such as light can escape from it. The theory of general relativity predicts that a sufficiently compact mass can deform space time to form a black hole.

Black hole is an object that is so dense because of its gravity, that has powerful strong gravitation field nothing can pass form it, ability to absorb all matter which have low amount of mass, where it means who has any amount have mass which can affected by black hole.

All thing about Black hole will starts from 19th century the first person who tell about that things is Frederick William Herschel a german scientist who predicted that thing first in !9th century who said that object as the Dark star. William say its the dark star who is invisible, than how he found that things.
William are observing sky from the beach of sea where it found that a star are moving circular to a empty space  than he predict that any object are present there who has high gravitational like our sun. hence he say that to it is a dark star




There is the image of predicted image black hole who has surrounded by the strong field of light it can absorb any of object. but 
who tells first to a black hole could absorb the light where it has less mass, there is an English clergyman john michell who gives the idea of a body so massive that even light can't passes. he publish that in 1784

After Albert Einstein develop his General theory of relativity in few times Karl Schwarzschild who describes the gravitation field of a point mass and a spherical mass.





The age of black hole



David Finkelstein identified the Schwarzschild surface as an event horizon, (a perfect unidirectional membrane: causal influences can cross it in only one direction), but extended them to include the point of view of in falling observers.
Than Finkelstein's solution extended the Schwarzschild solution for the future of observers falling into a black hole. A complete extension had already been found by Martin Kruskal, who was urged to publish it.
After that discovery we didn't concerned about that term called black hole, the person who firstly said phrase about the black hole is john wheeler.

In December 1967, a student reportedly suggested the phrase "black hole" at a lecture by John Wheeler; Wheeler adopted the term for its brevity and "advertising value", and it quickly caught on, leading some to credit Wheeler with coining the phrase.



This is image of black hole who at rest, illustrated about the parts of black hole first is Singularity and second is Event horizon.

Modern aspect of black hole : where we get the first image of black hole

In April 10, 2019 get a real image of black hole with help of the Event horizon telescope collaboration. 

We actually didn't know about how to take image of black hole, which is absorb all the electro-magnetic radiations so how we take that things image.

The scientist arrange the all smaller telescope to get there array than make them to larger telescope than use the term of very long baseline interferometry(technique that allow a image of far away object). 


That is the image obtained, where we have like blurred image but it is the only real image of black who show their actual properties

  1. Wheeler coined the term in 1969 when they thought pulsars were the same thing. He later retracted, realizing this extreme density is a neutron star.
